Returns

We at Huddle Collection want all our customers to be happy customers.  Therefore, before dispatch, your order is carefully inspected and packed with care, so it leaves us in perfect condition.

However, should your order arrive and you wish to return for any reason, we will do our utmost to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

First, please let us know you wish to return your purchase within 14-days of receipt via email at hello@huddlecollection.com. We will then reply with a return address and instructions. 

Goods should then be returned within 14-days and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or full refund.  You will be responsible for the cost of return except for damaged goods. We recommend you use a tracking service with insurance as we cannot issue refunds without receiving the returned item.

Any postal costs that have been met by Huddle Collection will be excluded from the refund. Ie. If the original order was in excess of £100 & therefore qualified for free postage, then £5.95 per box, will be retained by Huddle from the refund.

Upon receipt, an exchange or refund will then be arranged immediately.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

International returns

For any returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the postage or courier charges. Please email at hello@huddlecollection.com to notify of your intention to return.

We will then send you return instructions. Upon receipt, we will proceed with the refund less the original international shipping cost.
